Special Circumstances:
·If the trip is canceled by Last Frontier Expeditions and Safaris for whatever
reason, the client will receive a refund of 100%.
·If the client requests a cancellation at any time for reasons regarding health
issues, international terrorism actions or family emergencies prior to
commencement of the event date, the client will present a letter from a
qualified doctor to Last Frontier Expeditions and Safaris. A refund totaling
100% will be promptly returned to the client upon receipt of such a letter.
·Should the client at any time prior to the event start date but not less than
15 days prior to the event start date, wish to reassign his or her place on the
tour to another, full credit equaling 100% will be applied to the reassignment.
Full payment must be received from the reassigned (new) client. Upon receipt of
the full payment, the payment made by the assigning (former) client will fully
and promptly refunded.
·The client may, at their discretion, but prior to 15 days from the event start
date, postpone their travel and apply a portion of their payment to a future
event. There are specific rules regarding this allowance, however. A
"postponement" fee of 10% percent will be deducted from each client
not to exceed $250.00 per client. The new travel dates must commence within 6
months of the originally scheduled event.
- Last Frontier Expeditions and Safaris will not be responsible for flight
delays or cancellation to and from Cancun, Mexico or any other port (to or from)
which our clients travel.
- Last Frontier Expeditions and Safaris urges you to be very careful in planing
your connections (to and from) the port from which you are entering and
departing Cuba. The "rule of thumb" is to allow at least (3) hours
leeway each way.
- Last Frontier Expeditions and safaris is not responsible for any flight delays
or cancellations to and from Cuba via Aerocaribe (Mexican) Airlines. However, we
will offer you or "corporate" rates for accommodations in Cuba or
Cancun, Mexico if such a delay would incur.
- Change of ticket departure date once in Cuba will require payment of $45.00
before departure from Havana, Cuba. We are always willing to accommodate your
changes though.

possible within the bounds of practical business management. We invite you
