" We are now glad to be able to offer world class Bass fishing to all hunting and fishing safaris."

Now, after two years of successfully operating as Cuba's first outfitting company, we are pleased to announce the creation of a new company to better serve your more adventurous & specialized hunting and fishing requests. We will, however, continue to successfully guide the diverse and popular monthly sports and multi-cultural tours which many of you have already experienced.
Our new company, Last Frontier Safaris, will offer seasonal hunting (duck, dove, snipe, quail, white crown pigeon, boar, impala, ankole and crocodile) and, year-round fishing (marlin, bass, bone, tarpon & salt-water fly fishing) safaris to the more remote regions of the Republic of Cuba. Only Cuba's most experienced guides have been selected to escort each of our safaris. And, each guide resides in the areas where we will be hunting & fishing and all are very respected military veterans
Hunting season for winged birds and water fowl is from October 1st to the following March 31st of each year. All fishing is year round and will include our very popular annual International Black Bass Tournament and twice yearly Marlin tournaments. July's "Old man and the Sea" Blue Marlin Tournament and October's Hemingway silver marlin tournament.
It is Last Frontier Safaris sincere intent to provide all of our safari clients with the type of "world class" sporting experience which has long been forgotten in most parts of the world. We have successfully combined first class hunting & fishing opportunities, "not forgotten" Hemingway traditions, fine cigars with the "unique spirit" of the Cuban people in the "still unspoiled" natural environment of Cuba.
As the founder of Cuba's "First" Wildlife Federation, Last Frontier Safaris will guarantee that a substantial amount of each safari's revenues will be contributed to the successful continuance of this important organization.
Once again, I want to mention that we strongly encourage each group to create a Safari which will best suit the individual needs and requirements of their safari members.
Each hunting safari will require a minimum of (6) guests per each safari and fishing safaris will need a minimum of (4) guests.

Note
Although many of you may find it hard to
believe that a company would offer both safari and
eco tour experiences, we do so with a good
conscience. In every country in which we operate a
substantial amount of tour and safari revenues
supports national conservation and ecological
programs. For instance, in South Africa we fund and
support a program in which children are able to go
on weekend safaris and actually see the wild life
they have only read about. And in our Cuba Travel we
have successfully brought back the species of
pheasant that had been extinct for many years.
We always encourage our fishermen to adhere to a
"catch and release" program. The
only exception being when the local population is in
need of food to enhance their oftentimes meager
diets.
